About Me
I was born in Walsall where I was educated at Blue Coat CofE until I attended the University of Glamorgan in 2003.
I was, at the University of Glamorgan´s Debating Society under Lio Kaufman and later Robert Holbach, the Publicity Officer, followed by IV & Events Coordinator. I also held the honorary titles of Chief Squirrel and Deputy Sergeant at Arms – the later position serving under David heyman.
Active in Student politics, I won a narrow victory over RON (Re-Open Nominations) to become the student union´s first Englishman to be elected to the position of Non-Sabbatical Officer for Welsh Affairs. In this position I was active in highlighting and challenging the racism felt by the Welsh sports teams in England and also brought the issues of discrimination against Welsh speakers within the union to the attention of the student council.
Whilst at the university I regularly contributed to the student newspaper, Leek, as both a writer and with his sports photography. I also produced content for the now retired unofficial student news source GlamSpam.
In 2006 I became one of the founders of the e-learning social enterprise Glamorgan Blended Learning Ltd, and it is through GBL that I have been able to carry community projects such at the Emotivate Project to improve St Dyfrig´s Underpass in Trefforest.
I joined the Official Monster Raving Loony Party in 2004, and served first as the Shadow Minister for Page Three Caption Writing at the Sun, and in 2009 moved into the competitive portfolio of Shadow Minister for Vales.
